If you are considering joining JTF-323, you are welcome to apply and become part of the unit. However, all prospective members must understand that our operational procedures are deliberately designed to meet our specific requirements within DCS.
Our standards and workflows are built upon practical experience and incorporate selected real-world aviation principles adapted for effective use in the simulation environment. These procedures are proven, functional, and central to how we operate.
All recruits are required to study and adhere to the provided learning materials, operational standards, and established procedures. A willingness to learn and conform to existing doctrine is mandatory.
JTF-323 does not modify its procedures to accommodate individual preferences. Our systems are standardized across the unit to ensure consistency, efficiency, and operational effectiveness. Applicants are expected to integrate into this structure as it exists.
